Supporters attending Sunday's game at Arsenal may find the following information useful.

The 35th London Marathon takes place on Sunday, meaning there will be significant road closures in London. Public transport, walking and cycling will be the best way to get around the capital.
We advise drivers, where possible, to avoid driving in central London and south-east London from 7am to 7pm on Sunday.

There will be full road closures, commencing at 7am, from Greenwich Park to St James's Park.
Central and City closures will include all approaches to Upper Thames Street, Tower Hill and Victoria Embankment. Rotherhithe Tunnel, Tower, Southwark and Westminster bridges will also be closed.
A phased reopening of roads will take place from around midday with all roads expected to be fully reopened by 7pm.

On London Underground, the Bakerloo line is closed between Queen's Park and Harrow & Wealdstone, while there is no service on the Central line between White City and Ealing Broadway/West Ruislip. Replacement buses operate.

Stations expected to be much busier than usual because of the marathon are: Blackfriars, Canada Water, Canary Wharf, Charing Cross, Embankment, Green Park, London Bridge, Mansion House, St James's Park, Tower Hill, Temple and Westminster.

On London Overground, there is no service between Clapham Junction and Kensington Olympia. In addition, there will be no Southern service between Clapham Junction and Watford Junction.

Supporters travelling on the DLR should expect changes to routes and frequencies on certain services, while buses travelling on roads affected by the Marathon will either be diverted or will not run the full length of their route until after the event.

For more information, check your route via Transport for London, where there is also a dedicated Marathon page.

Please use the National Rail Enquiries Journey Planner before you travel if using National Rail services to get to the Emirates.

If you are travelling to the match by car, please remember Chelsea's Liftshare Scheme, which allows those supporters with room in their vehicle to give a fellow Blue a lift to the game.

We recommend you check your route prior to departure through either the AA or RAC websites.
