The Chelsea group have all played a significant part in the team’s success so far this season, with the Blues sitting 10 points clear at the top of the table ahead of our short trip to Arsenal this afternoon.

Hazard and Diego Costa are both in the running for the PFA Player of the Year award, which will be announced this evening, while the Belgian is joined by his compatriot Thibaut Courtois in the Young Player of the Year category.

Chelsea Ladies’ Ji So-Yun is nominated for the female PFA award.
Check back here later to find out the results of the evening’s ceremony, which is to be held in central London following our game at the Emirates.
