After graduating from Loughborough University, Chris Jones spent three years working with Fulham's academy before moving to Chelsea in 2006.
He began with the Chelsea Academy and reserve teams, before moving up
to work with the first team squad upon Carlo Ancelotti's arrival in
2009, supporting the work of then first team fitness coach Glen
Driscoll. He continued that role working under Jose Mario Rocha when
Andre Villas-Boas became manager before taking the first team fitness
coach responsibilities when Villas-Boas departed in March 2012.
Chris now teams up closely with Rui Faria and has also worked with England Under-19s and Under-21s.
